At the end of May I posted a video for "Lessons" from Eric Roberson which was supposedly due for release on 4 Jun 2021 but didn't appear on any of the DSP's. It seems that it's release must have been delayed as it is now given a released date for today (16 Jul 2021).
It is well worth the wait as this is superb slice of soul and would have featured in The Dirty Dozen (and probably SoulStrutter Selection of the Week) weeks ago but wasn't available on Spotify until today. I wondered why it hadn't featured on any of the soul charts, and fully expect this to top the charts in the coming weeks. It's excellent and highly recommended.
