The R&R Soul Orchestra are from Queens, NY, and are led by Julio Herrera. I did a post on them back in Jan featuring several of their recordings. At the time I thought they were from Canada on the basis that their early recordings were only released in Canada, but they are based in New York.
They released a new single a couple of weeks ago on 15 May 2021.
