Zaidi Kiggundu (Ziggy Funk) and Jamie McShane met at a music festival in
2016 and began a collaboration naming themselves Zaimie.
They are working on a debut album "Fortuitous" (scheduled for release in Jul '23) and are releasing their first single
"Hidden Heights" on 16 Jun '23 for Splash Music Productions. It harps back the the
Brit/Jazz Funk days.
The album promises to be a fusion of funk, jazz and soul with a
contemporary touch.
