After a hectic weekend lining up and scheduling new releases to post (as we
were out and about most of the weekend enjoying the weather) the cupboard is bare. So whilst
we're digging for some new material we've put together something a little
different, a playlist of some of the best retro soul releases posted this
year.
Some may be cover version but there are no reissues and all are by current
artists and have been released in 2023. (apart from Walter Coleman which is
a previously unissued song).
They are in no particular order, just a random selection.
