A debut album "God, Love & Healing. Vol. 1" from Danielle Glisper released
on Friday (20 Jan'23). It's contemporary gospel / neo soul and features her
only other two recordings, both singles from last
year, "My Love" (22 Nov) and "Picking Up The Pieces" (2 Sep).
The tail end (in particular) of "Picking Up The Pieces" (which is probably the standout track) contains that recurring riff/sample that you'll immediately recognise. Several of the tracks contain rap. "Healing (The Light)" has sections which remind me of Roy Ayers "Everybody Loves The Sunshine" (when repeats 'my life').
Danielle is from Houston, TX, and according to her facebook profile
teaches at Cypress Ridge High School.
