A new double single from Sir Spencer (aka Craig Sullivan). The first "Control Me" features Kendra Johnson whilst the second "Turn Us Back Around" features Chrissi Poland.
For his initial project "The First" (May 2021), Sir Spencer's music was
rooted in 80's synth R&B, with hints of the infamous Minneapolis
Sound. He partnered with multi-instrumentalist, and vocalist, Jason
Peterson DeLaire, (Prince alumni) along with St. Paul Peterson (The Time,
The Family and featured in Purple Rain), Ricky Peterson (former staff
producer at Paisley Park, Fleetwood Mac), Chrissi Poland (background
singer-Michael Bolton), Steve Swatkins (Jarrod Lawson, Allen Stone) and
Sam Brawner (Blue Dream Studios, LA).
Chrissi Poland is a singer, songwriter and a multi-instrumentalist who
has performed with Nile Rodgers, Lady Gaga, Macy Gray Sting, Moby,
Scissor Sisters, Smokey Robinson, Kenny Loggins and Bette Midler (as on
of her Harlettes) and toured with Sam Moore's band (Same &
Dave) from 2008-2012 and more recently Michael Bolton. She's released
four albums, three EP's and a host of singles.
