Ari Lennox [2022] - age/sex/location [Dreamville/Interscope Records] (Full Album)

Having released a five track EP "Away Message" only just over a week ago on 31 Aug, Ari Lennox (Courtney Shanade Salter from Washington D.C.) returns today (9 Sep 2022) with her third full length album "age/sex/location".

It contains her last three singles namely "Queen Space" (with summer Walker which was also on the EP,  "Hoodie" (12 Aug) and "Pressure" (10 Sep 2021).

The standout new tracks on first listen is "Boy Bye" which features Lucky Day along with "Leak It" (featuring Chloe one half of, Grammy nominated, sibling duo Chloe x Halle) and "Blocking You".

Having revisited the album after the w/e releases rush dust has settled, and having a bit more time to listen properly, this is a very good album and a few more tracks need to be highlighted "POV", "Mean Mug" and "Waste My Time".

NOTE the Amazon link on the cover image is to what is labelled as a 'Clean' version of the album. The Spotify version seems to be the Explicit versions.

A little 'gripe', most digital albums on Amazon are priced at £7.99 whilst this one is £10.29 for the same number of tracks as the just posted Lindsey Webster! Why is that?
