A 'new', self-titled, album by The R&R Soul Orchestra was
released on 22 Aug 2022. It appears to consist of earlier material,
some released, some unreleased but most tracks feature on their YouTube
channel. It transpires that the album was originally released in 2015 but had been removed from the DSPs, so the group's leader Julio Herrera decided to remaster it and re-promote it.
The R&R Soul Orchestra are from Queens, NY, and are led by Julio Herrera. Several of their releases have been featured here, with their last single "Moods" causing quite a stir which may be what has prompted the release of this album consisting of earlier material.
