On the face of it "What's Deep In A Man" would appear to be the debut release from EKO although with a name like that it's difficult to be sure for certain as in some places it's listed as E.K.O but its the only song listed for him on Spotify and on the YouTube channel.
However on the Bandcamp page for this release it states it's the second single for EKO from Hackney (London) and was written and produced by S.Sinclair, P.Hinds and K.Ellis the folk behind SHE records.
The single was released on 30 Mar 2022 on Bandcamp and got a wider release on 10 Apr 2022 on the main DSPs.
