This one is a few weeks old now from Boston singer Frank Vocals and his latest single "Forever" which was released on 16 Jan 2022.
I am guessing that his real name is Tashaun Darrell Wideman as that name appears on writing credits for most of his material, and right enough a quick search revealed that he has trade marked the Frank Vocals name (only registered on 18 Jan) here.
