Camp is the song's writer Aaron Camper. With a name like Camp I'm not able to find any info about him. He released a new single "Heavy" on 5 Nov 2021. Different DSPs seem to have linked different releases which are undoubtedly merged with other artists with the same name, so trying to unravel it is tricky.
Even on Spotify he has several different profiles, but I'm pretty sure he released at least another single titled "Issues" on 15 Oct.
