A track tipped by Paul Regan "Can I" which led me to the album "Emotional Pages Chapter 2" from a group named 1104 (released 4 Nov 2021), who I can find nothing about but, appear to
have released two albums this year, the first being "Emotional Pages" (Oct 2021) which is more of the same. Some DSPs list two singles from
2018/19 for them but they are almost certainly not the same group after
listening to both tracks.
They look like they may be a family affair as the writing credits read Jacob, Jake, Johnathan and Joshua Mangum, presumably the
four who appear on the album cover?
Undoubtedly the standout is "Can I" but the remaining six tracks are all pleasant soulful R&B slow jams
with an old school (90s/00s) feel.
