Monifé is a 24 year old British-born Vincentian/Nigerian R&B
singer-songwriter raised in East London.
She was influenced by the likes of Erykah Badu, India Arie, Kaiit, H.E.R
and SWV and describes her music as bridging a gap between modern and old
school R&B.
She debuted with "Unreachable" in Oct 2019 (included on the EP and probably the standout track along with one of her other singles "Grow"). Now having four singles under
her belt she released her debut six track EP "Love Language" on 5 Oct
2021.
Of the new tracks I'd select "Illusions" as the best.
