A new six track self-titled EP from Shannon Sherrell from Tallahassee, FL released 25 Jul 2021. This is her fifth release since
debuting las year, two of which are EPs. It's a tad too R&B oriented
for my taste, but the last four tracks are a bit more soulful. "Reality" is probably the obvious choice. I quite
like "Lose Ya Mind" on which she is joined by Tiffany Evans and on "Fine"
which credits veteran New Jersey rapper Redman (aka features Reginald
Noble) right at the beginning, but don't panic he is nowhere to be heard
later. The EP finishes with "Level".
A pleasant enough EP without being particularly memorable.
