Fredy Cougz aka Frederique Germain from Montreal reached the quarter
finals of Canada's La Voix (The Voice) in 2019. Since then he has recorded three singles, the latest is "Closer" released on 20 Jul 2021.
It's blue-eyed pop soul which tends to do well on the Starpoint UK Soul
Chart, but will have the purists wincing! It's not typical of her last two singles which indicates she's still trying to find her niche/direction.
