This one's been around a few weeks (released 11 Jun 2021) and was played
on Global Soul's The New Music Hour last week.
Aniya Teno is a new artist from Houston, TX, with this being only her
third single, the other two "Directions" (Mar 2021) and "Seasons" (Dec
2020) are in a similar vein and both have videos (embedded below) but unfortunately there is not on for "Angel".
Direction is predominantly sung in Spanish so I would guess she is of Latin American heritage, but I can't find much info on her to confirm.
