A new seven track EP from Niia (Bertino) was released 4 Jun 2021. It
contains the last three singles ("If I Should Die", "We Were Never
Friends" & "Not Up for Discussion"), and, as there is a new video for
it, I would guess that the next single is likely to be "Macaroni
Salad" which has a nice groove going on.
Niia is 32 and is from Massachusetts but now lives in L.A. She made her solo debut on
2013 but featured on a single by Wyclef Jean "Sweetest Girl (Dollar Bill)"
in 2007 (aged 19) whilst living in New York.
In 2005, aged 17, she was the national winner in the jazz voice category National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts Recognition and Talent Search.
"If I Should Die" is her third album/EP and she has released around
sixteen singles, four so far this year.
