Released last week (27 Apr 2021) is a single from Emma-Jean Thackray. It comes from her forthcoming debut album 'Yellow' due 2 Jul 2021.

Emma-Jean Thackray comes from Yorkshire but now lives in Catford, South East London. 

She's released around ten singles and two EPs since 2019. I'm not quite sure how you would describe her music, it's certainly avante-garde jazz with many influences ranging from fusion, funk to latin, cosmic and ambient. The current single is more dancefloor jazz.
