Tipped on this one by Franklin Sinclair on his Global radio New Music Hour show on Friday
(which I will be posting later) is a debut album by blue-eyed Norwegian (Tromsø) artists
White Ascot, a four piece group led by vocalist Frida Virtanen.
A
couple of the tracks have already been released as singles 'Weakness' in
Aug 2020 and 'GGG' in Jan 2021 and 'All Over Me' is the current single,
released 26 Mar 2021.
It's a strong album and it would be a bit churlish trying to select the
top tracks as there's not a bad track on the whole album, however I particularly like 'Laughed In your Face'.
