Tyrone Hendrix is a drummer, composer and producer from Portland,OR, who
has supported Prince and Stevie Wonder. His latest release (2 Apr 2021) is an eclectic
mix of jazz, funk and hip-hop beats. It features Ian Michael Lindsay, trombonist Kyle Molitor and trumpeter Farnell Newton.
Hendrix released a single
'The Battle'
in Aug. 2019 which featured one of my favourite artists (who has been
posted many times on this blog), Jarrod Lawson and Farnell Newton.
Kyle Molitor released his debut single
'Twilite' in Aug. last year and what a tune it is. It reminds me of something
else but I can't quite put my finger on it. Answers on a postcard!
