Jaguar Skills & Omar [2021] - Loving Someone (Pt. 1) [NOPE23]

Omar seems to be getting about a bit recently as this is at least the third single in the last month or so he's popped up as featured vocalist. It's a hangover from last week's releases (6 Aug 2021).

"Loving Someone" comes in two parts, with part 2 being instrumental.  You need to give it 45 seconds, a long intro, before it gets 'kicking' into a good soulful/jazzy groover.

Jaguar Skills is a 'mysterious' UK based DJ/producer who has been active since around 2002. Apparently he always wears a bandana to hide his identity which according to wiki is still unknown - but I've seen it reported as Matthew Carter. If you wish to learn more there is a good article on him at Resident Advisor which according to it he mixed 800 tracks in 48 minutes titled "1979-2006: A Hip Hop Odyssey" ..  that's just over 16 seconds per track ... you have to to admire his skills ... but still ask why ... I believe it was to set a world record!
