The killer cut from IshMaleSings "A Heart's Journey" album from last year was "What Can We Do?" which featured H20-Flow on rap.

Due out imminently is a new mix, "What Can We Do? (Jazz Mix)", (as well as the 'Clean, No Rap' version) along with a Jazz Mix of another album track "Gimme Some R&B". All three mixes are available directly from IshMaleSings' website at $0.99 each.

IshMaleSings is Sammie Lee Muhammad originally from Shreveport. LA, who now resides in Dallas, TX. He debuted some years ago and has performed live in Las Vegas, but alas chart and radio success has thus far eluded him.

IshMaleSings [2022] - What Can We Do? (SoulStrutter Clean / No Rap Edit) [Self Released] EXCLUSIVE

The killer cut from IshMaleSings "A Heart's Journey" album is "What Can We Do?" which features H20-Flow on rap.

A few have commented on the rap 'spoiling it', so for the purists I asked the artist if he had, or could do, a no-rap version which he graciously provided and was posted on Sunday. However, on closer inspection the edit wasn't quite right so, with the artist's full approval, it has been re-done and in addition an expletive has been removed/suppressed @1:07 in the process making this radio friendly.

We have been given authorisation to distribute the edit to radio DJs who request it to help promote the album. To obtain a copy then simply email soulstrutter@gmail.com including your show name and radio station. IshMaleSings has requested that DJs do NOT share it and that instead you refer anyone who wants a copy to request it from here so that he can monitor who has received copies.

It is not available commercially (and may never be) and is only available from here, however, another edit has been distributed independently. Listen to both and decide for yourself.

IshMaleSings [2022] - What Can We Do? (NO RAP Version) [Self Released] EXCLUSIVE

A teaser for IshMaleSings "A Heart's Journey" album was posted yesterday with a video for the killer cut "What Can We Do?" which features H20-Flow on rap.

A few have commented on the rap 'spoiling it', so for the purists I asked Sammie if he had, or could do, a no-rap version which he has graciously provided. So here it is. This is a SoulStrutter exclusive and not available commercially (yet).

I have approval to distribute to radio DJs who want a copy to help promote the track and the album, so if you want a copy then email soulstrutter@gmail.com including your show name and radio station.

Note: Please do not contact the artist directly for it as he is busy promoting his album and has a show this evening!

IshMaleSings [2022] - A Hearts' Journey [Self Released] (Full Album)

A teaser video was posted last night for for a new 13 track album "A Hearts' Journey" by IshMaleSings and as promised here's the full album.

The video is the killer cut "What Can We Do?" which features H20-Flow and is more than a nod to "What's Going On". This has to be a future classic in the making, although some have commented on the rap section which I've raised with the artist, so watch this space for a no-rap version!

IshMaleSings is Sammie Lee Muhammad originally from Shreveport. LA, who now resides is Dallas, TX. He debuted some years ago and has performed live in Las Vegas, but alas chart and radio success has thus far eluded him.

He's made some noise with previous recordings in the UK with his self-written old school style songs such as "Gimme Some R&B" which is included on his new album.

The album will be launched this US Labor Day weekend evening (4 Sep 2022) at 19:00 EST when  IshMaleSings and his band will get things poppin’ in a live performance at an All White Album Release Party at KayYo’s Clubhouse, 2512 Miller Avenue, Fort Worth, Texas 76105.
