Another new single from David Morales with three mixes of a track not included on his album "Life Is A Song".

"Why Me" comes with NYC DJ/Producer Cevin Fisher Edit, Vocal and Instrumental mixes featuring (Angelo) Iossa from Naples (Italy) on vocals. It was released on 14 Apr 2022 and is a bit more disco oriented (with shades of Chic)  than "Life Is A Song Philly Mix" released a week earlier, also posted today.

David Morales [2022] - Life Is A Song (Philly Mix) [DIRIDIM]

A great new Philly Mix of David Morales "Life Is A Song" featuring Michelle Perera with the tempo beefed upped from 110 BPM to the obligatory 122 house BPM  which gives it a bit more energy and a new lease of life.

It comes with three mixes, full length (6:23) vocal and instrumental and a 2:43 radio edit which probably doesn't do it justice.

Previously only available on 12" vinyl but now available digitally from 7 Apr 2022.

David Morales [2022] - Never Looking Back (Remixes) [DIRIDIM]

A couple of remixes of "Never Looking Back" from David Morales' "Life Is A Song" album which feature Lea Lorien on vocals.

The first is the "Sandy K.O.T. Rivera Remix" which maintains the original's soulful essence injecting a dose of groove into the mix. On the "Disco Juice Remix" he enlists Nigel Lowis to give it a disco-tinged alternative mix. They will also come with shorter edits but I'll post up the full length versions.

David Morales -"Sunday Mass" Show [Starpoint Radio]

News has just come in that commencing this Saturday (19 Feb 2022) David Morales will be on hosting a show on Starpoint Radio. 

"Sunday Mass" will be aired every Saturday/Sunday between midnight and 5am (GMT) and will be a 5 hour journey of Soul, Disco, Soulful House, Red Zone, Exclusives and classics.

With a career spanning over 30 years, David Morales is one of electronic music’s most cherished personalities. A native New Yorker, Morales was one of the first superstar DJs to actively tour the world.

His discography boasts an endless array of hits, including star-studded remixes for the likes of Mariah Carey, U2, Michael Jackson, Aretha Franklin, Jamiroquai, Madonna and Whitney Houston. Without him, the global phenomenon and penetration of dance music into Top 40 radio would not have been possible.
