Alvin Garrett [2022] - ’Til I Get Back To You [HILL Entertainment]

Alvin Garrett follows his recent single "Wherever You Go" with "'Til I Get Back To You".

You may remember his well received album "The Lightness Of Love" in Feb '21, but he has been pretty quiet on the release front, with this being only his third single since.

Alvin Garrett [2023] - Where Ever You Go (Platinum Mix) [Platinum Vybe Recordings]

We are told that the latest single from Alvin Garrett (remember his album "The Lightness Of Love" from Feb '21) "Where Ever You Go" is a remix. It was originally released as "Wherever You Go" on a 2021 compilation "The Soul Sessions" for which a second volume is imminent.

The single is released today and personally I can't detect any discernible difference to the 2021 version so have included both below to see if you can? The key, BPM and running times are more or less the same so any change must be very subtle?

Alvin Garrett [2021] - Flowers [Self Released]

On 3 Sep 2021 Alvin Garrett is set to release a deluxe edition of his last album "The Lightness of Love" which was released on 5 Feb 2021 and did very well in the UK.

The Lightness of Love (Deluxe) edition has an additional four tracks "Forever", "Make You Happy", "It Feels So Good" and "Flowers" expanding the album to eleven tracks from the original seven.

He has released the last track "Flowers" as his new single yesterday (6 Aug 2021).

Whilst we're here, let's remind ourselves how good the title track is (video below), sounding very like Sean Oliver's "You And Me", which has been reissued since, I wonder if this helped influence it's reissue?
