We presume Hosea to be Andrew Rodriguez Jones as that name appears on writing credits for all eight of his singles released since Jun 2020. We can find nothing about him.
His eighth, and latest, single is "Look Me In The Eyes" which 'has something' but the vocals aren't particularly strong.
