What appears to be a debut release by five ladies from L.A. calling
themselves LA'DY is a single "Love Me Down" (although included below is a video for another song on their YouTube
channel). They have released two versions of the song, an explicit and
clean.
The group is made up of Ashley Kimbrae (lead vocals), Kris Callazo (keys
/ vocals), Ari O’Neal (guitar), Zuri Appleby (bass), Miche’Le Baptiste
(drums).
The song leans more towards R&B than soul and the vocal runs by the
lead singer sound very like Jazmine Sullivan.
