Whilst we're on the Gospel tip, following the new single from
LaTocha, Kierra Sheard currently features on a single by Stanley
Brown "God Is Good" that is receiving plenty of rotation. She also released a new album on
Friday "All Yours", around her twelfth album, many of which have topped the Billboard gospel chart.
We go back a month to 3 Feb for her last solo single "We Found Love" with multi gospel award winning Charles Jenkins which doesn't appear on the new album. I note that the song is written by Calvin Harris which alerted the fact that it is a completely different take on the 2011 Rhianna hit song! It's from a forthcoming EP "Spread The Gospel".
Kierra Sheard is from Detroit and the daughter of Clarke Sisters singer Karen Clarke-Sheard and has been active since the age of 9 in 1997.
