Nelccia (aka Nelcia Milligan) is a new 21 year old artist from
Cleveland, OH, who debuted in Feb. 2020 with "Love Set Free" and followed it up in July with "Options" and her third single "What You Make It" in Nov 2021. Since then she has released a slew of singles up to "Triggers" last October and today her debut album "From Me, To Me".
The album consists of seven tracks with only three previous singles
"Trigger", "Options" and "Smoke Drink, Breakup". The picks from the four new
songs are "Opps" and "Anyone Else" which have a bit of a retro feel.
Note: all songs are marked
explicit, which is a shame as it will preclude a lot of airplay as this, I think, is one of the better (best?) neo soul albums released so far this year.
