Will 'Star' Carter, whilst performing solo for only four years, has performed with fellow
Baltimore artists such as Dru Hill, Ruff Endz, Sisqo and Mario. Only two
of his singles are currently available, "Guilty" from Jun 2022 (which is also rather good so video included below), and his latest single "Don't Come Over Tonite" released on 28 Nov.
If it's the same Will Carter, also from Baltimore so would be a strange coincidence if not, then he is also a member of a group called Thunderball.
