The melody on this new single "ANOTHER WAY" by O'soL sounds very familiar but my brain is shot from
listening to so much music this weekend so can't identify it .. could it
be Jill Scott or am I imagining it .. it reminds me of "The Way" /
"Getting In The Way" .. perhaps that's why it's titled "ANOTHER
WAY"?
O'sol is Deborah Oluwatobiloba Onome Agboro, a singer, songwriter born in 1997
in Lagos, Nigeria who now lives in Arlington, TX after growing up in
Miami.
She is currently studying Computer Information Systems at The University of
Houston-Victoria
Texas and is also a freelance make-up artist with her own YouTube channel
"ColorsbyO".
I believe that this is her second or third single, she released "Strawberry" in Feb this year.
UPDATE: Thanks to Tom H for leaving a comment. I was way off the mark,
although thought it sounded familiar. Tom has informed us that the melody is
from Zenesoul & THEHONESTGUY's "Sunday" from Nov 2022, so have included
it below. They are both from that hotbed of neo soul, Toronto, and jointly wrote the song.

The melody appears to be a straight lift from Zenesoul and TheHonestGuy's Sunday which came out a little while ago...
