Leven Kali is a singer/songwriter/producer born in
Holland to a musical family and raised in Santa Monica, CA. He made
a name for himself with some high-profile collaborations, including
features on tracks by Drake in 2017.
Since 2016 he's released approx. a dozen singles and two albums. He
featured here last month on a single "Irreversible" with Biako and Van Hunt.
He also co-wrote and co-produced several songs on Beyonce's latest
album "RENNAISANCE" (the best two tracks "PLASTIC OFF THE SOFA" and "VIRGO'S GROOVE" along with "SUMER RENNAISANCE").
As alluded to a few weeks back when we posted "Let It Rain", his new EP "Let It Rain" was released last week (28 Oct 2022) which was overlooked as I was
away. The track picking up steam is "Tears Of Joy" but personally I think "Let It Rain" deserves more airplay (as it's a groove). It was released as a single back in April and seems to have been completely overlooked!
