A superb new single alerted to me by Soul Groove Radio's Steve Agassild
from Karlos Edwards featuring Croydon's
Elle Cato on "With You" was released on 22 Nov. His only other single was released in April
2022, which is a cover of Stevie Wonder's "Sumer Soft" featuring Everett Peters, so I'll take the opportunity of post that as well.
Karlos is the younger brother of Junior and Philip Edwards who formed
Paradise in the 80s who he performed with as percussionist. They remerged
last year as Paradise Projex.
In 2015 he released a CD album "Karlito's Way" which is a London affair featuring Omar, Don-E, Natalie “The Floacist” Williams, Paul Johnson, Junior Giscombe
and Chris Ballin and consisted of new takes on some 70s/80s classics which I'll post separately.
