Tamara Wellons is from Ivor, VA now living in Washington D.C. who is about to enter her 20th year of recording and released her fourth full album "Months of Sundays" on 23 Sep 2022. It follows "Pretty" (2016), "Sings For Janie" (2012), "Life Is" (2008) and a mini-album "Introducing…Tamara Wellons"
(2003).
Tamara also lends her voice to house music producers and has featured on many soulful house tracks which includes a new EP of four Coflo remixes of "You Are" (30 Sep) which was the lead single from her new album released exactly a year before on 24 Sep 2021. She followed it in Jul with "It's Time" prior to the album release.
The new album "Month of Sundays" is currently only available via Bandcamp. The nine tracks include three interludes, the two singles and four new songs "Love On Me", "Humble" (feat. Sainey Ceesay), "Listening" (feat. Kinard Cherry) and "Ritual" (feat. Kenny Wesley, Joao Caetano) which is the killer track!
