An album track that Steve Aggasild has been championing on his SoulAndJazzFlavas radio show for a couple of
weeks is "Holidays" by Zimbabwean Ampiano artist Sha Sha. I've not got around to posting it yet so here it is.
I'm afraid there is not much else on the album "I'm Alive" to post as it is quite club oriented and, as stated, she is essentially
an Ampiano artist which is a blend of deep house/jazz/lounge music
originating in South Africa. One track, "Trying", samples Sade's "Ordinary Love"
Sha Sha is 27 year old Charmaine Shamiso from Harare who left a career in
nursing to venture into the music industry in 2013. "I'm Alive" is her debut album but she did release an eight track EP "Blossoms" in 2019.
