This is a debut single titled "Soul Conversation" (released today 5 Jul 2022) by ZAMII who I've had
no success in tracking down information for. The only hint is that the
song was written by a Joshgun Mamedov (who I'd imagine is eastern
European or Russian?) which didn't really help much either.
However, it's a pleasant enough, moody neo soul tune.
