The Jack Moves impressed us with their last single "Somebody's Watching You" (from Mar 2022) which is bundled with their new single "Seabra" (an EP brewing?)
released today (29 Jul 2022). It reminds me a little of the material Snoop Dogg has just released on "Death Row Summer 2022".
They are Teddy Powell and Zee Desmondes from Newark, NJ, who debuted in
2002 with a vinyl only single "Kiss In The Dark" / "A Fool For You" (a cover of Chicago group The Ledgends which has featured on the blog in 2020).
Their acclaimed debut, self-titled, album arrived on Wax Poetics in 2015
followed by "Free Money" in 2018.
