This is only the second release from Ms Jaey following a single from Apr 2021. Ms Jaey is Thandekile Glamdoll Sibeko who I can find little about but going by her name and other writers credit I'd have a guess at her being South African and possibly from Johannesburg.
She released an album titled "This Moment" today (24 Jun 2022). The most 'instant' track is "Be My Baby".
