Ensley Jade from Nashville, TN, is another new artist who
has released three singles all this year. Her latest single "Protect My Energy" was released on 1 May 2022.
It is a song she says she wrote in her car after spending months draining her energy trying to help someone out of an
abusive situation that they didn’t want help out of. She goes on to
say "It’s so easy to allow ourselves to make personal sacrifices for people
we love, but you must put your own oxygen mask on first to be able to
effectively help someone else, and even that sometimes isn’t enough for
them".
