This compilation billed as "The Best Of Nu Monkey Records Part 2" may appeal to those who like a bit of Nu Disco / Soulful House. Nu
Monkey is a London label set up in 2019 which focuses on Disco, Nu-Disco
and House and tends to release via Traxsource.
Some of the highlights include "Work Adam Nova Remix" which is based upon Rose Royce's "Car Wash", "In Motion" by Funkdamento and "Don't Make Me Wait" by Marco Zappala. Larry Peace's "Fly Away" seems to samples Aretha Franklin spoken part from Angel along with
"Ain't No Mountain High Enough" amongst other things and is more of a
mash-up.
