"Cry No More (One of These Days)" from Meicha (Hall) was posted in "The Bleeding Edge" A List
yesterday. It is another that samples The Supreme Jubilees' 1979 album track "It'll All
Be Over" (a recent JKabel track used it as well as others) and is taken
from four track EP ".Meicah" released on 31 Dec 2021.
A 'health warning' "Homecoming" is, as they would say in Glasgow, 'pure filth"! i.e. X rated and
certainly not suitable for airplay with a rap using the 'N' & 'B*tch' 'words,
reference to drugs and sexual acts ... quite nasty, angry and misogynistic all
round ... we aren't the BBC or Mary Whitehouse (or Mary Poppins for that matter) but I find all this stuff quite unnecessary but I guess they feel they have the artistic licence to spew this bile!
