Released on 5 Nov 2021, I had this shortlisted but never got around to
posting it. However, today I received another track from the label which
reminded me of this one and they have also uploaded a video for this track
on YouTube today.
"Breathe" is the debut single from Searchlight (Cian McCann (aka Zero T) and Dom Purcel (aka Beta 2)) and features the
song's co-writer Tolü Makay from Ireland on vocal duties. She co-wrote the song with Clifford Price (aka
Goldie)
who is curator of the label.
The song is best described as neo soul / house with broken beats.
