The new single "I Don't Get Around Much Anymore" from L.A.'s JayeNicole has a real throwback feel which isn't so surprising when you note that it was written by (or at least credited to) Frank Fioravanti who owned Sound Gems records which released some 'gems' in the 70s and 80s. It looks like the Sound Gems label has been resurrected.
Whether or not it's a cover of a previously released recording I'm not sure. I can't find another but may have been recorded with a different title, or may just be a song that was left in the can, or even a new song with a retro feel?
