Portland's (Oregon), soul/jazz scene is thriving with artists like
Jarrod Lawson, Tahirah Memory, Farnell Newton, and his new collective
Bridge City Revival (posted yesterday), Tyrone Hendrix, Esperanza Spalding and many others.
The latest entrant is Hunter Gillam (a producer, singer, saxophonist) who teams up with Tom Fox on his new
single "Certain Kind" released on Farnell Newton's LoftiJazzSoul label on
10 Jun 2021.
He's released around a dozen singles so far, either as solo or featured artist.
