Pie is Pietra Matalon who was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil but now lives in London. She released a new single on 18 Mar 2021.
Her facebook page doesn't give much info and I can find nothing more about her apart from being a student in Brazil up until 2017 and founded Bergamot Music Group in Jan 2020 (from her LinkedIn profile) so I am guessing this may be her debut single?
