The new single "Glow" from Marshella Musik is currently only available on Bandcamp (since 8 Feb 2022)  but is due for wider release imminently. She posted a video for it on her YouTube channel on 10 Feb.

It's her first release since her debut album "Moodz" from 10 Sep 2021 which was very well received

Marshella Muzic - SK8 v Cool Peoples - Wonder Woman 1984

To clear something up for anyone who listened to Leigh 'The Flava' Taylor latest show or podcast. He played a track "SK8" from Marshella Muzic's "Moodz" album which has previously been released as as single on 2 Jul 2021. At first I didn't recognise it so Shazamed it to remind me what it was and what came back was Cool Peoples "Wonder Woman 1984" which was an album track from "Skateland '88" released in Jan 2021 (try it yourself!). So I relayed that to him but he must have misunderstood. The point I was attempting to get across was that one or the other must have sampled the other or both have sampled something else!

Marshella Muzic [2021] - Moodz [MGL Records] (Full Album)

Singer/songwriter, actress and model Marshella 'Muzic' Griffin is from Bloomington, IN, now residing in L.A. She is a survivor, having been diagnosed with aggressive stage 3 breast cancer in 2017 to release, what she terms, her freshman album "Moodz" today (10 Sep 2021).  

The standout track from the album "Lazy Sundaze" has already been released as a single (7 May 2021) (which seemed to pass us by) and has a promo video. "SK8" has also been released as a single (2 Jul) which is a bit of an 80s retro groover (also with a promo video). 

Other tracks of interest include "U & Eye", "Happy Daze" and "Best Lyfe", but there are some other nice tracks on a good debut well worth a listen.
