Reel People has had their first album of new material for over a decade, "Love2", lined up on Bandcamp for a few months. It is due out on 24 Mar '23 with quite a few tracks having already seen the light of day. (i.e. "Save A Lil Love", "Fly", "Deja Vu", "Vibe", "Something New" as well as "If I Were Your Man", "I Never Knew" and "Dance In Her Eyes".
So, apart from the "Love2 Intro", the only remaining track to be released as a single before album release is "Everything's So Crazy" featuring Jill Rock Jones which is out today.
The album is available digitally, on CD, vinyl AND cassette. Collectors have already 'hoovered up' the vinyl test pressings but all others are still available to pre-order.
I can't find much information on Jill Rock Jones other than she is from Atlanta and released a solo album "Starring" in 2002. She is also featured on a forthcoming single from The Realm "I Don't Like" which is due on 25 Mar '23 but is available now on Traxsource.
The Realm is not Manny 'The Realm' Rahelu, as originally 'assumed', but it is in fact two members of Reel People i.e. Toni Economides & Oli Lazarus.
