The Hics from London release their second EP "HARMINE" on 6 May 2022 after a nine year hiatus. They are currently duo Sam Paul Evans and Roxane Barker formed by Evans and Jacob Welsh in 2012 and debuted with an EP "Triangle" in 2013.
I'm not quite sure whether this 'qualifies' as neo soul as several tracks border on indie pop to my ears but I'll post it and you can decide. The standout is "Tell Me".
