A single released last week (22 Apr 2022) which I missed which has been
picked up on in both Global Soul and UK Soul Chart breakers this
week (how often does that ever happen?), so I had better post it. It's
from NYC based, Japanese artist Nao Yoshioka
with an oddly titled "Tokyo 2020" presumably referring to the postponed 2020 Olympic Games due to Covid
19. She has been active since 2011 and has four studio and one live album
under her belt.
