Outta Sight release a twenty track (CD only) modern soul
compilation "Soul On The Real Side #12" tomorrow (19 Aug 2021). They have raided the vaults of mainly
Mainstream (3) and Frank Fioravanti's Sound Gems (6) choosing the best mid
70s cuts.
Most tracks will be well known to modern soul connoisseurs, with the
hardest to get hold of probably Daybreak as it has two 'in-demand' sides
with "Everything Man" (also recorded by Main Ingredient) on the
flip.
All are from 70s except Timeless Legend from 1980 and The Falcons which
is a previously unreleased 60s side first issued in 1998 in UK on Joe
Boy.
