My selection of the best releases this week (Nov 2021 Wk 46)
In no particular order other than tempo.
Not so many album tracks this week only three Robert Brown. MALIYA and
Thuy with another from an EP D Mills. The remainder are all
singles.
Choosing this weeks SoulStrutter selection wasn't easy as I try to
steer away from non-original material as there are several good ones in
this weeks
Covers etc, Dozen
such as Tony Hightower, the new remix of Marvin Gaye's "Save The Children", Teddy P etc.
So I narrowed it
down to three which are all completely different, the funky jam by
Dames Brown, JKabel's gospel soul an another gospel song with jazz flavours by
Robert Brown. . The album track "Universe" from Thuy is also really growing on me as is Zenesoul. After due consideration I've gone for Robert Brown's "Hold Your Head Up" but it really could have been any one of them.
